Gum Arabic is the natural gummy exudate obtained by tapping the branches of the Acacia Senegal and Acacia Siyal tree and closely related Species.The Gum derived from Acacia senegal called Gum Arabic Kordofan / Hashah or Grade I .The Gum derived from Acacia seyal called Gum Talha / Friable / Grade II / III .
GRADE & PROCESSING:
The Gum Arabic is derived from the tree in crystal form. Grade I : Cleaned & Hand picked selected. The cleaned Ambar sorts grade. Hand Picked selected called H.P.S grade bigger tears,lighter colour remains the choice for Food , Beverage and Phamaceutical Application in worldwide accept India . This grade may be further processed in destination countries in to the forms needed for incorporation into the final products.

These processes include Kibbling,Granyla ting,Powdering and Spray-Drying entails creating a concentrated gum solution,filtering out the impurities,and forcing the heated solution through a nozzle with small holes. The spray condenses inside the Spraydriers tower , creating fine, highly uniform very pure and clean spherical particles of gum. Gum Talha / Friable / Grade II & III. The uncleaned granuals pure white,Amber yellow and red colour with bark and powder. Tradionaly since last 10 decade the major Byer of this grade is only India in the world. India Imports this grade of Gum Arabic from Africa. Over 90% of the world production of this grade is Exported to India due to:

This grade is mixed with bark,different sizes and colours.India is the only country have the skill of grading,cleaning and processing the same grade as per the requirement of different Industry. Low Price. Cheap Labour. Higher Import Duties.

This grade is not accepted in USA and EUROPE due to expensive labour and lake of skill to process the same grade.
